1 14oz. can SWEETENED CONDENSED milk (not evaporated)
3 cups crushed honey graham crackers (equals one box crushed)
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
Pre heat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients and form into 1-inch balls. (I just put all the crackers in a gallon bag, suck the air out and then step on them ;) I guess a rolling pin would be just as effective but stepping on them is more fun if you have little ones ;)
Roll in coconut and place an inch apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Ashlie's Notes: Seems so simple right? This is our new FAVORITE cookie and these are a huge hit with others ;)
