Partial Solution to Brushing Your Little Ones Teeth
2 oz. Spritzer Bottle
6 drops Grapefruit Seed Extract
1/8 tsp. Stevia Artificial Sweetener
3 drops mint extract (optional)
-This IS NOT to be substituted for brushing your baby/toddlers teeth. This is simply to help on those days that they wont let you ;) Which tends to be a couple times a week for us =)
-Grapefruit Seed Extract is a strong ALL NATURAL bacteria killer making it safe from babies up. This MUST BE diluted before use and can be found at your local health food store for between $4-$6.
-DO NOT use regular sugar or Splenda. Using real sugar defeats the purpose of brushing their teeth in the first place and Splenda contains Aspartame.
This spritzer bottle I found at Walmart in the travel sized items section. The Stevia you can find at Walmart and your local health food store.
Place ingredients in Spritzer and fill remainder of bottle with water. Shake WELL. Shake before each use. My kids LOVE this mainly because it tastes good to them. They let me spray a good 3 times in a row, even my one year old =)
