Pizza Dough (Bread Machine)
1 cup water and 2 TBL. water
2 TBL. olive oil
2 TBL. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 cups bread flour
2 tsp. active dry yeast (bread machine yeast)
Put the ingredients in your bread machine as they are listed. BEFORE putting in the yeast make a small well in your dry ingredients and pour the yeast into the well and cover. The yeast MUST NOT touch the wet ingredients during the placement of ingredients so it's best to put it in last and make a well in the flour.
Press dough cycle.
When dough is done, lightly grease a glass bowl (I actually just use a plastic mixing bowl) and place the dough in and cover with plastic wrap.
Pre heat your oven to 200 degrees F and then turn it off once it reaches this temperature. Place the bowl in your oven and let the dough rise for 20 minutes. I put a towel on a cookie sheet and place my bowl on top of this and then put it all in the oven.
Take your dough out and divide into 2 even balls. Roll out balls. Sprinkle corn meal on your pizza pan and THEN place 1 rolled out dough ball on your pizza pan.
Bake at 435 F for 5 minutes. Take out and place your desired toppings on and bake for 15-20 minutes. You be the judge, watch for light browning =)
Repeat with second dough ball.
SUPER EASY RECIPE!
